PROFESSIONAL INTEREST:
Jenna is a strong advocate for an active lifestyle and promoting longevity in sport throughout the lifespan. She bridges research to practice, where her research is focused on knee injuries and osteoarthritis, as well as female athlete health. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and abilities, but has a special interest in runners/endurance athletes, female athletes and the pelvic floor. Jenna combines exercise-based physiotherapy with education and manual techniques to work with clients and develop an individualized approach to help them reach their goals.
